We define evaluation methodologies for different age groups to pick the future leaders. Identify the talented kids and provide robust support in all aspects of development. We define various mentorship methodologies for people with different mindsets, define the processes and create a platform to facilitate the end to end process.

We strive to support underprivileged children for their education, nourishment and well being. Every child will be associated with a personal mentor, who will be a care taker to the child and will look after their well being and all round development. The mentor will actively observe the progress of the child and try to identify their unique strengths. We urge our mentors to look beyond academic capabilities in fields of sports and arts. Once the strengths of the child are identified, they are given every opportunity to work on it to improve them further.

We strongly believe that in order to create good leaders, children have to develop beyond academic skills. Our mentors will help the children to develop in the following aspects of life as well.

1. Managing Emotions
2. Handling negative feelings like anger, jealousy and hatred
3. Human values in every area

Our Focus is mostly on the economically backward sections, as we believe that, it is where a lot of talent is hidden and there are few means for them to shine in this highly competitive world. We intend to catch them young anywhere between 5 to 12 years and mould them into great leaders of the future who can instill confidence in society to dream and achieve their goals by walking in the path of good.
